I Made to CNN.com's Gallery!!!

Today, I found out that I made to to CNN.com's gallery!

They were doing a story on one of my fashion inspirations, Betsey Johnson (who sadly filed for bankruptcy proceedings) and I got in contact with Sarah, a CNN.com writer. She asked me to send photos of me wearing Betsey Johnson items and so I sent her a few old photos of myself (during the 2009 Philippine Fashion Week).

I think there's still an article coming up but I'm already so proud and happy to be in the gallery. Hey, it's not everyday that one gets featured like this. :)

Mineski

Because two of the closest boys in my life (Nikko and Manfred) like computer games, I learned to like them as well. My boyfriend would always keep up with my girly stuff and I thought I'd return the favor by trying out what he does.

On those lazy days when we don't have anything to do, we go to Mineski Infinity, an internet cafe in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City to play random games like Defense of the Ancients (DOTA), Call of Duty, and Left 4 Dead.

Tonight, we went playing again after my school. Pardon the outfit photos, they were taken right after our three-hour gaming.

Shabu Shabu

I'm a big fan of Shabu Shabu. As a matter of fact, Healthy Shabu Shabu is my most favorite restaurant in Powerplant Mall. I find soup very relaxing. Plus, I know it's healthy, too.

Army Green

I went to school today wearing an old army green blouse/dress that I've had in my closet for years but I've never worn. It was kind of short for law school so I wore a brown skirt underneath. Those shoes that I got from Figlia last year match my dress perfectly!

Woman in Black

Last night, after writing some parts of my thesis, I went out with Nikko to watch Men in Black 3, which was really interesting and funny. We love watching movies together but we haven't had the time lately 'cause of school and other things. Watching Men in Black 3 made us realize that we should go back to being movie buddies again.

Starting June

Earlier this afternoon, on my way to school, a fish delivery truck hit my bumper. The driver told me to go to the fish section of the Farmer's Market and that he would pay me there. I spent four hours waiting for the settlement since the driver had to report to his employer first. I had to skip two classes. When everything was over, I went to school for my 7pm class, only to find out that the professor was not around. What a way to start June!
